DUSHANBE, April 10, Asia-Plus -- A two-day international conference on development of arbitration courts and International Commercial Arbitration in Tajikistan will open in Dushanbe on April 11.
According to information from Tajikistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), the conference participants include representatives from Tajikistan government and organizations as well as senior representatives from the Russian Embassy in Dushanbe as well as visiting representatives from Russia’s Arbitration Development Support Center, etc.
The conference is aiming to consider issues related to development of alternative methods of settlement of disputes.
