DUSHANBE , April 11, Asia-Plus - The Dushanbe district of Ismoili Somoni has summed up the results of the first round of the “2005 Best Dushanbe Entrepreneur” contest.   

Last weekends, the Ismoili Somoni district announced the results of the first round of the contest.  The jury has recognized the Media Group “Asia-Plus” the best in the district in the “Information Technologies” nomination, according to information from the district hukumat (local authorities).      

A number of enterprises and private companies will represent the Ismoili Somoni district in several nominations in the final stage of the contest.  Thus, the “TK Mobile” company will represent the district in the “Technologies and Telecommunications” nomination.  

As it had been reported earlier, the contest will be conducted in the following nominations: production of consumer’s goods; construction and refurbishment; production of goods of light industry; architecture and design; craftsmanship; public catering; commerce; consumer service and development of enterprise.     

The final stage of the contest will be held on April 15, on the eve of the Capital City Day, which is marked on the third Saturday of April.  This year, the Capital City Day will be marked on April 16.
