Football Federation of Tajikistan fined coaches of ‘Khujand’ FC Hamid Karimov and ‘Istiklol’ FC Nikola Kavazovich for failure to appear at FFT’s session on April 24.
The session was conducted in accordance with decision by FFT’s President Rustam Emomali. Coaches of all football clubs competing in Tajikistan’s premiership division were invited to the meeting to discuss the results of the Ravshan-Istiklol match.
However, neither coach of Khujand, nor his colleague from Istiklol appeared at the session for unknown reasons.
“Therefore, FFT’s Executive Committee decided to fine coaches of Khujand FC and Istiklol FC 1000 Somoni each for failure to appear at the session and for violation of Article 14 item 3.15 of the 2012 Tajikistan Championship Regulations. Both managers were warned to face more serious punishment for failure to observe the rules in the future,” FFT’s press service reported.
