Zamon Alifbekov, Aide to the Education Minister, has told Asia-Plus that the education ministry worked out regulations for carrying out the attestation and submitted them for consideration to the government.
According to him, the special attestation commission will consist of representatives from the President’s Executive Office and the Ministry of Education.
“This measure has been taken for the purpose of implementing instructions of the head of state on organizing assessment of the professionalism of employees of the educational sector,” said Alifbekov, “For example, many schools in the republic are headed by persons having no higher education.”
He also noted that the commission charged with assessing the professionalism of employees of the education sector also will vet senior representatives from the city and district education departments.
