According to information posted on the “Khovar” website, the agreement is aimed at expansion of humanitarian cooperation in the sphere of information and information technologies as well as release of information about events in the two countries.
It is also supposed that that the document will facilitate coverage of jubilee events of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) set for this year.
