DUSAHNBE, April 14, Asia-Plus -- In January-March, Tajikistan’s Higher Education Court has received 54 protests lodged against rulings of economic courts of first instance, Amirkhuja Ghoibnazarov, Chairman of Tajik Higher Economic Court, remarked at a news conference in Dushanbe on April 14.   

According to him, 48 protests have been taken for proceeding.  Of them, 34 have already been considered and six others have been remitted for further consideration.  

Besides, Higher Economic Court has considered 30 of 62 received complaints and 18 of 38 appeals over the same three-month period.  

Ghoibnazarov also told journalists that since the beginning of the year Higher Economic Court has transferred to the country’s national budget 187,100 Somonis (equivalent to US$58,300).
