DUSHANBE , April 20, Asia-Plus -- A two-day conference formally titled “Role of Higher Finance Control Bodies in Providing Transparency and Efficiency of Management of State Finance Resource” opened in the Kazakh capital city of Astana today.

According to information from Tajikistan ’s State Finance Control Committee, the Committee head Abdujabbor Shirinov is representing Tajikistan at this conference.

The conference participants include senior representatives of state finance control bodies from 20 countries of Europe , Near East, Central and South Asia .

The source says the conference is held on sidelines of events to mark the 10 ^th anniversary of the establishment of Kazakhstan ’s Account Committee.
