According to him, implementation of these agreements has allowed resolving many problems impeding further expansion of cooperation between the to countries. The Russian official stressed that political and economic-trade relations between the two countries were developing dynamically and fruitfully cooperation, on the basis of mutual benefit.
“It is time to check our watches and move forward,” Igor Ivanov stressed.
According to him, President Rahmonov showed interest in drumming up Russian investments.
