DUSHANBE, June 30, Asia-Plus -- Tajik State Air Company “Tojikiston” has united flights from Dushanbe to Sharja (United Arab Emirates) and Delhi (India)in view of economic inefficiency of these flights, Ms. Nazira Davlatova, a spokeswoman for Tajik national air carrier, said.
According to her, beginning on July 4, company’s TU-145Ms will conduct flight Dushanbe-Sharja-Delhi once a week, on Wednesdays. The flight to Delhi will cost US$300 and roundtrip ticket on this line will cost US$550. Ticket on the flight to Sharja will cost US$260 and the roundtrip ticket will cost US$480.
In future, Tajik national air carrier will unite all flights, which are economically inefficient, according to the “Tojikiston” spokeswoman. Besides, beginning from October “Tojikiston” will conduct flights to 12 Russian cities. At present it is conducting flights on four air lines to Russia: Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Samara and Novosibirsk.
