today afternoon for a weeklong working visit.
According to information from the Ministry of Health, Dr. Saddik is scheduled to meet with Mr. William Paton, UN Resident Coordinator in

, and Ms. Yukio Mokuo, head of the UNISEF Country Office in

, today evening.
Tomorrow, Ms. Nafisa Saddik is scheduled to meet with President Rahmonov and Deputy Prime Minister Khairinisso Mavlonova.
During her staying in
Tajikistan Dr.
Nafisa Saddik will take part at a HIV/AIDS forum that will be held on July 5. The conference is aiming to consider a new draft strategic plan for countering HIV/ADIS designed for the period till 2010. The National Coordination Committee for AIDS Prevention has worked out this plan in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, according to the source.
