DUSHANBE, September 22, Asia-plus - An official opening of the Turkish Business Center “Vefa” located in the center of Dushanbe is set for late October.

According to the Dushanbe representative office of Turkey’s Ozgun Insaat, which has built the center, the first two floors of the center first floor will house restaurants, shops and fast-food caf?.  “One floor will be rented for offices and four others are intended for apartments,” said the source, “Three upper floors are intended for VIP-apartments.” 

The source added that following increasing demand for premises in the center they have increased the monthly rent for shops and offices by US$5.00. 

According to him, the rent of one square meter of space for shops will US$25.00 and for offices US$15.00.   “As far as the prices of apartments in the center are concerned,” said the source, “The price of one square meter will fluctuate from US$1,100 to US$1,400.”
