DUSHANBE, November 23, Asia-Plus - Tajik drug control officers seized 600 grams of heroin at the airport of Dushanbe Wednesday evening.
According to the Drug Control Agency (DCA), their officers found heroin when inspecting passengers on the flight Dushanbe-Kazan (Russia). “They found 600 grams of heroin hidden in shoes of a 47-year-old resident of Dushanbe, whose name is not disclosed in the interest of the investigation,” the source said.
The counternarcotics agency also found the trace of organizer of this crime and arrested him – he proved to a 21-year-old resident of Dushanbe, according to the source. Investigation is under way.
