KULOB, March 13, Asia-Plus - The Ministry of Health (MoH) has handed over $134,000 worth of assistance to three large medical facilities in the Kulob region of Khatlon.
According to the Kulob health directorate, the assistance was provided under financial support of Counterpart International.
The source said that assistance, including medical equipment and bedding, had been distributed to the Kulob regional maternity house ($54,000), the Kulob central district hospital Jerqala ($32,000) and the central district hospital in Farkhor ($48,000).
