DUSHANBE, June 25, Asia-Plus — An official opening of the Asia Grant Hotel will be held in Dushanbe today afternoon.

According to presidential press service, President Emomali Rahmon and other high-ranking Tajik state officials will attend the hotel-opening ceremony. 

The five-story Asia Grant Hotel is located in the center of Dushanbe, behind the building of Tajikistan’s Main Geology Directorate. 

The hotel has 45 rooms, including three apartments, restaurant. Chamber of conference, fitness and bowling clubs.  The hotel was built by Tajik construction company Koni Don Ltd.   

“The hotel intends to pass all necessary procedures in the near future in order to receive a five-star category certificate,” the source said.   

In all, five five-star hotels are expected to be built in Dushanbe.
