DUSHANBE, June 26, Asia-Plus — Capital mayor has signed a resolution raising fares for buses, fixed-route taxies, and taxies.
Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor, told Asia-Plus that on June 25, Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev signed a resolution raising fares for buses, fixed-route taxies, and taxies beginning on July 1.
“Beginning on July 1, fare for express buses and the fixed-route taxies will cost 60 dirams, and fare for taxies will be at the rate of 55 dirams per one kilometer,” the spokesman said.
According to him, when projecting this resolution they took into account the results of survey conducted by the Tajik Transport Institute and the research Institute for Transport.
