Tajikistan exports approximately 1.5 million kWh of electricity every day to Kyrgyzstan, according the Kyrgyz media, with reference to the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Ministry noted that the volume of exports for the beginning of August of this year was over 105 million kWh.
Based on the agreement between the electricity companies of the two countries, Tajikistan provides 600 million kWh of electricity to Kyrgyzstan.
