A fair of Qairoqqum carpets has kicked off in the building of Tajikistan’s State Philharmonic Society in Dushanbe.
The Qolinhoi Qairoqqum (Qairoqqum Carpets) plant has put on display affordable rugs at the fair that will runs through April 8.
Qolinhoi Qairoqqum PR-manager Jamshed Boboyev says prices for rugs presented in Dushanbe fluctuate from 31 to 240 somoni per one square meter.
According to him, Qolinhoi Qairoqqum exports its rugs to more than ten countries of near and far abroad.
The enterprise reportedly produces more than 2 million square meters of carpeting products per year.
