The cost of products of the food industry increases in Tajikistan on average by 3.9%

The increase in cost of food products was caused in the first quarter by a 21.1-percent increase in prices for vegetables (illustraitve photo / Asia-Plus).
Over the first three months of this year, inflation in Tajikistan’s consumer goods sector has stood at 2.4 percent, which is 0.9 percent lower than in the same period last year, according to the Agency for Statistics under the President of Tajikistan.
