KHUJAND, July 4, 2009, Asia-Plus -- A high-speed boat has been delivered to Khujand form Dushanbe for the local emergency management agency.
According to the Khujand emergencies office, this search-and-rescue boat will allow carrying out rescue operations on the river more effectively.
“Six rescuers may take seats in this 115 Hp boat that can do around 120 kilometers an hour,” said the source, “We have never had such a machine. This boat will allow expanding the patrolling zone.”
