DUSHANBE, April 19, 2010, Asia-Plus  -- Three Tajik nationals were injured Sunday morning as a dormitory at the Fabritsius Street in Moscow was rocked by a blast, Deputy Foreign Minister Abdullo Yuldoshev announced at a news conference in Dushanbe on April 19.

According to him, medical workers have assessed their health conditions as normal.

“Four representatives from the consular service of the Tajik Embassy in Dushanbe are providing the injured persons all the necessary assistance,” Yuldoshev noted.

In the meantime, referring to the Moscow law enforcement authorities, Russia’s news agency RIA Novost reports that two improvised explosive devises with a total capacity of some 400 grams of TNT were thrown into windows of a dormitory where labor migrants from Tajikistan have lived.  Three Tajik nationals were injured and admitted to hospital.  According to medical workers, one of them is in serious health condition, RIA Novosti reports.  The incident took place on April 18, at about 4:00 am.
