KHUJAND, September 13, 2010, Asia-Plus -- Three persons were killed on September 12 as a car fell into a river in Sughd province.
According to the Sughd emergency management agency, the accident took place in Ayni district Sunday night, at around 10:00 pm.
“The driver probably failed to control the car because of bad visibility,” said the source, “The driver and his two passengers were killed in the accident. All of them are residents of the city of Khujand.” The cause of the accident is under investigation.
