DUSHANBE, April 11, 2011, Asia-Plus -- Unknown persons have beaten an employee of the Kazakh Embassy in Dushanbe.
The source at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) says they have received an application from Amir Zhanayev, 34, an employee of the Kazakh Embassy in Dushanbe, who said that unknown persons in a state of drunkenness attacked and beat him without any reason Sunday afternoon. According to him, the incident took place in Dushanbe’s Shohmansour district.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted and an investigation is under way.
