A resident of the city of Khorog, a 13-year-old teenager, accidentally fell into the Gund River on the afternoon of May 15.
The search for his body for three days did not yield results, CoES spokeswoman Umeda Yusufi said.
According to her, on May 16, a tragedy occurred in Rasht: a 22-year-old resident of the Garm jamoat, for unknown reasons, jumped from a bridge into the Surkhob River.
Rescuers who arrived at the scene of the accident began a search and rescue operation. As a result, the body of a young man was found on May 17.
The body was transferred to law enforcement, an investigation is underway.
