KULOB, September 26, Asia-Plus — Two residents of the Farkhor district, Kenja Shamsiddinov and Otajon Qurbonov, have been arrested on suspicion of having raped a 15-year-old girl.
Anvar Rahmonov, a senior investigator with Kulob regional prosecutor’s office, told Asia-Plus that they are suspected of having raped a 15-year-old girl from Kulob who had arrived in Farkhor to see her female friend.
