DUSHANBE, June 21, 2016, Asia-Plus – A Dushanbe resident has been detained for illegally storing hazardous substitute at his home.
The Interior Ministry’s website reports that a 39-year-old resident of Dushanbe was detained on June 16 on suspicion of illegally storing hazardous substitute at his home.
While searching his home, police officers reportedly found a package of substitute that tested positive to mercury weighing 2.617 kilograms.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted against him and an investigation is under way.
