DUSHANBE, August 2, 2011, Asia-Plus -- By president’s order Foreign Minister Hamrokhon Zarifi today morning departed for Ashgabat, Turkmenistan for a two-day working visit.
During his stay in Ashgabat, Zarifi will hold talks with Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymuhammedov and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov, the Tajik MFA information department reports.
Tajik minister is also scheduled to meet with Baymurat Hojamuhammedov Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan for Oil and Gas Sectors, Deryageldy Orazov, Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan for Construction and Energy, Nazarguly Shagulyev, Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan for Transport and Communications, and Orazmurad Gurbannazarov, Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan for Trade and Textile Industry, the source said.
