DUSHANBE, November 5, 2011, Asia-Plus -- On Friday November 4, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon congratulated Almazbek Atambayev on wining Kyrgyzstan’s presidential election and pledged to strengthen bilateral relations, the Tajik presidential press service said.
Tajikistan is interested in peaceful and stable development of neighboring Kyrgyzstan and is ready to expand bilateral cooperation with Kyrgyzstan, Rahmon said in a message of congratulations to Atambayev.
Tajik leader also wished peace and prosperity to the fraternal Kyrgyz people.
