DUSHANBE October 4, 2012, Asia-Plus -- On Wednesday October 3, President Emomali Rahmon sent a congratulatory message to German President Joachim Gauck on the occasion of the day of German Unity, Tajik president’s official website reports.
In his message, Emomali Rahmon, in particular, noted: “During the recent years the relations and cooperation between our two countries have gained a consistent and broad character, which is certainly for the benefit of our peoples and states.”
“Availing this opportunity, I express hope that our bilateral friendly relations and mutually beneficial cooperation in various spheres will be more deeply developing for the good of peoples of both states. The Tajik side will take every necessary effort to intensify these relationships, which serve currently as an important factor of ensuring peace, stability and constructive cooperation in the region.”
