Belarusian news agency BelTA reports that Tajik President Emomali Rahmon told reporters in Dushanbe yesterday following the talks with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko that Tajikistan is interested in developing cooperation with Belarus in light, food, pharmaceutical, chemical and mining industries.
"The agricultural sector and cooperation between the countries’ regions have been outlined as priority areas of economic cooperation. In the context of Tajikistan's industry accelerated development program, we are interested in developing cooperation with Belarus in light, food, pharmaceutical, chemical and mining industries," Emomali Rahmon said.
