The Tajik president’s official website says the high-level negotiations between the Tajik and Russian delegation resulted in the signing of a number of cooperation documents in the presence of Emomali Rahmon and Vladimir Putin:
- A government-to-government agreement on cooperation in the restoration of lands of Tajikistan damaged as a result of uranium mining and mineral processing;
- An agreement between the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation on cooperation in the industrial sector;
- A government-to-government agreement on the establishment of an Industrial Park in the territory of Tajikistan;
- A strategic partnership program between the Ministry of Defense of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in the military sphere for 2026-2030 and its Action Plan for 2026-2028;
- A memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cooperation between the National Bank of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in improving the level of financial literacy of the population;
- A MoU on cooperation between the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation in the field of digitalization and information technologies;
- An agreement between the Executive Body of State Power of Khatlon Province of Tajikistan and the Government of the Kirov Oblast of the Russian Federation on the implementation of international and foreign economic relations in the fields of trade and economy, science and technology, socio-cultural and humanitarian interaction.
