DUSHANBE, March 3, Asia-Plus - As it had been reported earlier, President Emomali Rahmonov introduced a number of staff changes at a February 28 meeting, and Zokirkhuja Muhiddinov was relieved of his post of First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Construction and Architecture in connection with transfer to other job.
Zokirkhuja Muhiddinov was appointed Deputy Dushanbe Mayor for Construction and Architecture. Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor, has told Asia-Plus that Muhiddinov replaced Firuz Ulmasov in this post.
