DUSHANBE, December 8, Asia-Plus - The eighth session of the Dushanbe legislature (Majlis) will be held on December 21 to sum up the city’s economic results in 2006. 

Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor, said that Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev will report on the results of the Dushanbe development this year, implementation of this year’s city budget, as well as main directions and priorities of socioeconomic development of Dushanbe for 2007-2015 and the city’s budget for 2007.  

According to him, deputy mayors will report on the results of work carried out by education, health, transport and building sectors of Dushanbe in 2006.
