DUSHANBE, June 25, Asia-Plus - On Friday June 22, Foreign Minister Hamrokhon Zarifi met with Kazakh Ambassador to Tajikistan Yerlan Abildayev.
According to Tajik MFA, in the course of the talks the two discussed issued related to state and prospects of further expansion of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Kazakhstan as well as intensification of interstate contacts at the highest level.
Zarifi and Abildayev also considered a series of practical aspects related to the upcoming visit of Kazakhstan’s Foreign Minister Marat Tazhin and an official visit of Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev to Tajikistan.
During the meeting, the sides also exchanged views on a progress of preparations for holding CIS summit in Dushanbe in October this year.
