DUSHANBE, December 17, 2012 Asia-Plus -- The Barqi Tojik power holding notes that residential customers in downtown Dushanbe have been provided with heat and hot water since November 12.
Nozirjon Yodgori, a spokesman for Barqi Tojik, says heat and hot water are supplied to downtown Dushanbe from the Eastern boiler plant.
“The Western boiler plant will be introduced into operation on December 25,” Yodgori said.
Earlier, the Barqi Tojik spokesman said that the heat season would start in Dushanbe on December 25.
