KULOB, September 5, 2014 Asia-Plus -- A ceremony of an official opening of a two-story office of the Association of Entrepreneurs of the Muminobod district will take place in the district administrative center on September 9.
“Construction of this building was funded by the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF). The Association’s office and dozens of enterprises offering domestic and personal services will be placed inside the building,” the Muminobod chairman Pirmadkhon Zaripov told Asia-Plus in an interview.
Besides, twelve new facilities, including two schools, will be inaugurated in the district on September 9. “Construction of the primary school to accommodate 100 pupils in the Boghcha village has been funded by Amirkhon Qurbonov, the banker from Dushanbe, and the school to accommodate 200 pupils has been built due to funds allocated from the republican and regional budgets,” Zaripov said.
Meanwhile, construction of the Central Stadium and the Palace of Culture in the district administrative center is under way.
