DUSHANBE, November 27, 2014, Asia-Plus -- During his visit to Yekaterinburg, Tajik Ambassador to Russia Imomuddin Sattorov has met with representatives of Tajik Diaspora, Tajik students and Tajik labor migrants.
“Ambassador Sattorov has introduced new Tajik Consul General in Yekaterinburg Safar Safarov to those present s well as informed them of the purpose of his visit to Yekaterinburg and the results of his talks with Sverdlovsk governor,” Mohammad Egamzod, a spokesman for the Tajik Embassy in Moscow, told Asia-Plus in an interview.
According to him, Sattorov has also explained to them new Russian migration laws that will come into force on January 1, 2015.
Sattorov has reportedly called on labor migrants to observe Russian laws, Egamzod said.
