Tajikistan is continuing to operate charter flights to Russia.  According to the Tajik Embassy in Moscow, Tajikistan will continue operating charter flights to Russia until regular flights are resumed

“Tajik air carriers will operate 14 flights per week from various cities of the Russian Federation, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Yekaterinburg and some others,” representative of the Tajik Embassy in Moscow told Asia-Plus in an interview.

According to him, Tajikistan is ready to reopen regular air traffic with the Russian Federation.

Tickets for charter flights from Moscow to Dushanbe cost 300 U.S. dollars (round trip load) and 500 U.S. dollars.

Recall, the Russian Federation suspended air services with other countries on March 27.

Since late May, Tajikistan has organized a number of charter flights to repatriate its nationals who were unable to return home due to Covid19 crisis and closure of airports in both Tajikistan and the Russia.  To-date, more than 6,000 Tajik nationals have been returned to Tajikistan from Russia by charter flights.
