Russia is seriously concerned over the recent launch of a rocket by North Korea, but it is necessary to avoid jumping to conclusions, RF Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated on Tuesday.
“Continuing to study technical characteristics of the rocket launch – both we and our colleagues are doing this – we should avoid making hasty conclusions,” the minister said. “The situation is causing no joy, rather concern,” Lavrov added.
