The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has added 685,000 foreign nationals to the registry of controlled persons for lacking legal grounds to stay in Russia. This was announced by Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev in an interview with propagandist Pavel Zarubin, as reported by Meduza.
