DUSHANBE, February 15, Asia-Plus - Tajik soccer player lost a chance to participate in the 2008 Summer Olympics after they lost the second qualification game with Uzbeks 0-2 in Dushanbe yesterday.
Tajik soccer players lost the first game with Uzbek Olympic team in Tashkent on February 7 as well. The final score was 1-4.
The 2008 Summer Olympics, officially known as the Games of the XxiX Olympiad, will be held in beijing, China, from August 8, 2008, with the opening ceremony to take place at 08:08 pm and 08 seconds, (the number 8 is associated with prosperity in Chinese culture.)
