DUSHANBE, July 7, 2008, Asia-plus – Male and female volleyball teams of Gorno Badakhshan finished second in an international tournament dedicated to the Aga Khan Golden Jubilee, Farrukh Oghonazarov, a leading specialist with the GBAO committee for youth, sports and tourism affairs, said.
According to him, volleyball payers, chess player and free-style wrestlers from Gorno Badakhshan took part in the competitions that were held in Nairobi, Kenya last month.
In all, representatives of 22 countries of the world took part in the competitions, Oghonazarov said.
