DUSHANBE, June 12, Asia-Plus -- A concert dedicated to Russia’s Independent Day will be held at the Opera and ballet theatre in Dushanbe today evening.
The theatre’s symphonic orchestra conducted by Berom Merobov, Tajik singers Burhon Mahmadqulov and Akbar Mirrajabov, as well as ballet troupe of the theatre and the dancing ensemble Padida will take part in the concert, organized by the Russian Embassy in Dushanbe.
The highlight of the evening will be Russia’s vocal trio “Relict” that will perform old Russian songs and romances.
Russian Ambassador to Tajikistan Ramazan Abdulatipov will address the event dedicated to Russia’s Independence Day.
