DUSHANBE, June 25, 2013, Asia-Plus -- Tajik President Emomali Rahmon and Tajik official delegation attended a ceremony marking the publication of an Arabic version of President Rahmon’s book “The Tajiks in the Mirror of History” that took place at the Sheraton Hotel in Kuwait City on June 24, according to the Tajik president’s official website.
The ceremony was reportedly attended by Kuwait’s Minister of Information also Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah and Head of the Honorary Mission, Advisor at the Amiri Diwan Dr. Abdullah Al-Maatouq.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Al-Maatouq, in particular, noted that the Tajiks had made a worthy contribution to development of universal and Islamic civilizations, the Tajik president’s official website said.
