DUSHANBE, January 26, Asia-Plus -- First building of a new center for disabled children is supposed to have been built and put into operation in the Settlement of Chorbogh in Varzob District already this year, by the 15 th anniversary of Tajikistan’s Independence, which marked on September 9, Matlub Khalifayev, Chairman of the Committee for Construction and Architecture, announced at a news conference in Dushanbe on January 26.
According to him, this center is expected to be home for disabled children from all regions of the republic.

Khalifayev noted that many local and international organizations active in the republic as well as diplomatic missions had expressed their readiness to provide assistance in the construction of this center.
