DUSHANBE, May 15, Asia-Plus -- A roundtable meeting formally titled “Interaction between NGOs and Organs of Executive Power: Problems and Ways of Solution to Them” was held in Dushanbe on May 13.
This roundtable meeting was staged by the Dushanbe Civil Society Support Center. The meeting participants included representatives from the Dushanbe-based NGOs and municipal administration.
The meeting focused on the issues related to establishment of efficient cooperation between non-government organizations and organs of the executive power. Representatives from NGOs telling the meeting offered possible ways of seeking solution to socially significant problems.
The main objective or this roundtable meeting was in seeking ways of development of civil society in Tajikistan.
