DUSHANBE, June 28, Asia-Plus — On June 28, Ambassador Tracey Ann Jacobson officially opened the Embassy’s new Information Resource Center.
According to the U.S. Embassy in Dushanbe, the center, which is open to the public, will provide information and research assistance to students, scholars and academicians, and anyone else interested in the United States.
The center also provides information on the programs that the U.S. Embassy runs. Some of the resources include American reference books, magazines, and eight Internet workstations for research.
The center will be open from 10:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00 Monday through Friday, with the exception of American and Tajik holidays.
