The holy month of Ramazan has begun in Kyrgyzstan. Today in the early hours millions of believers across the Muslim world started a month-long fasting – orozo, Murataly aji Jumanov, the Supreme Mufti of Kyrgyzstan said.

The time of daily fasting varies and today the believers will be allowed to eat and drink since 20:04 of local time. In other countries the timing is different.

Ramazan is traditionally accompanied with specific a daily prayer – tarabiz.
