An advanced reconstructive microsurgery and hand surgery operating room was opened at the Kyrgyz National Hospital with assistance of the German Embassy, the German diplomatic mission to Kyrgyzstan reported.
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Germany to Kyrgyzstan Holger Green together with Musa Mateev Chief of plastic, reconstructive and hand microsurgery department of the National Hospital have opened the operating unite after reconstruction.
The German diplomatic mission has rendered €6,500 assistance as a part of small cooperation project for development.
At least 1,200 patients turn to the department for emergency medical aid annually.
