DUSHANBE, February 22, Asia-Plus - Asked about the possibility of Iran’s receiving uranium enriched on Russian soil, Iranian Energy Minister Said Parviz Fattah told journalists following his meeting with President Rahmonov that that issue was in competence of the Iranian MFA.
