DUSHANBE , April 12, Asia-Plus - The Fifth Conference “2006 Caspian Telecomm” opened in Istanbul on April 11.  

The conference participants include representatives from Turkey , CIS states, and countries of Caspian and Black Sea regions. 

Said Zuvaydov, Minister of Communications, and Manuchehr Rajabov, head of the international department of the Communications Ministry, are representing Tajikistan at this three-day conference

According to information fro the Ministry of Communications, a telecommunications exhibition and seminar on satellite, broad-line, and wireless communications are supposed to be held on sidelines of the conference in Istanbul .
